SHIPPING

Leslie Jewett Design offers one low rate for each of three shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

LJD uses USPS and FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

-FREE Ground, is available for orders of $100 or more.

-Ground arrives in 5-7 Business days, excluding holidays.

-Priority Service arrives in 2 business days when ordered before 3pm ET, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays.

-Rush Service arrives next day when ordered before 3pm ET, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays.

Don't forget to choose your shipping method when checking out. The default is USPS Ground, which takes 5 to 7 business days, excluding holidays. If you change the shipping method, once you have selected the one you prefer, click on 'recalculate' to see your new total.

SHIPPING SURCHARGE: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge if requested to be sent priority or rush due to their size and weight. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.) If this is the case, we will charge you separately and send an email with the charge confirmation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We proudly stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly take it back within 30 days of item receipt and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges according to our Return/Exchange Instructions. Reference How to Make a Return in the FAQs section if you need more information. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can serve you better in the future.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping and wrapping costs - and take whatever corrective action you tell us to.

Special orders or personalized items cannot be returned.

SALES TAX

Sales tax for DC residents only: If you live in Washington, D.C., you must add the sales tax to your purchase in the shopping cart. The sales tax in D.C. is currently at 5.75%. If you live outside of Washington, D.C., you are not subjected to any sales tax. We are sorry but we do not accept inquiries and orders from outside of the USA.
